6039_10151809555018868_1572466094_n-1“I like to drink a Maca shake in the morning before my first workout. Since it can be added to juice or your favorite shake. I usually mix one tablespoon (flat) of Maca with two tablespoons of cocoa powder, and add coconut water . You can also add half a banana for thicker consistency . The taste is not the best but it makes for a light snack with great nutritional value. It’s a good alternative for people who don’t like coffee and it’s indispensable for those days when you wake up tired from the workout the previous day.
Maca Super Shake
